Said I got Disney but they are asking me for subscription

Have you activated the "included" Disney + subscription as per the guide https://www.sky.com/help/articles/existing-or-new-disneyplus ?

You get Disney plus with ads with sky ultimate or signature for free once you link your account. 

 

If you want a tier without ads you will need to pay the difference.
