Disney +
Sooo
Does anyone else have issues when watching Disney +?
Mine literally keeps buffering. Then won't play.

Re: Disney +
Absolutely zero problem at all for me. I would suggest to identify your issue. It's likely be one of three things.
What is the download speed of your Internet (ie is it fast enough)
How are you connecting to your "sky box" (wired via an Ethernet cable or wireless 🛜)
And what kind of "sky box" do you have ?
Regards.

Re: Disney +
- I have the same problem when watching UHD HDR content on my 2TB Sky Q box. No issues on 2 different TVs. I have a 900Mb connection and my box is wired so that won't be the issue although the Q box only has a 100Mb connection which should still easily be enough.

hi @nick1403
SKY Q is now quite old in Tech terms.
My general recommendation is to use the apps on your TV (or even other devices such as Firesticks & Apple TV boxes) when they are available.
I know this can be less convenient needing a 2nd remote but if your TV supports Dolby Vision (unfortunately I think Samsung TVs don't) then you not only benefit from being more responsive but from DV that SKY Q cannot support

The Disney+ app on many Samsung TVs is capable of outputting the other adaptive HDR format: HDR10+ which in many ways is comparable to Dolby Vision. No Sky hardware can output HDR10+ from any app.

Re: Disney +
This is a fantastic point. Many people have suggested in the past using the Disney+ app thats native to your smart television and not the Disney+ app on your sky Q box. Or using the Disney+ app on something like a fire stick or Apple TV box.
This has definitely solved the issue for a lot of people in the past who were having problems using Disney+ app on the sky Q box.
Good luck
