Disney +

Hi I tried to set up an account with Disney plus directly on sky. It allowed me to choose an option and I have already paid for the first month. But the app will not work for me and it gives me two options. When I open the app the two options are 1) get Disney plus (this tells me the correct info that our current subscription is standard at £4 a month (it won't let me do anything past this page). Option 2 is to log in which takes me to a QR code and then asks me which subscription I want to sign up for (but I am already signed up?) - how do I get into the app on the tv?
