Disney plus

I am going round in circles - I have already activated Disney plus to my sky acc but for some reason every time I go to the app and fill in the codes sent it keeps sending me to Disney plus subscription page and asking me to subscribe! All I want to do is watch it via sky which I should have as part of my package - I just can't get in! Any help welcome
