Disney plus

My account says I have Disney with ads but when I try to log on it is asking for my card details  we have watched Disney plus but I can not log on without it going to subscription page please help

@Angwoo have you activated Disney+ through Sky, as explained here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/existing-or-new-disneyplus

Something to note :

If you previously had a subscription for Disney+ then the transfer process transfers you at your previous 'Tier' and will get charged £4 for the upgrade to Standard - No ads, or £9 if you have/had Premium

You can reduce it back to the Basic with ads tier via SKY Marketplace if you wish from the next billing date
