Disney plus wont load

I have spent 3 hours on telephone to sky, spoken to 6 different advisers and got nowhere. I was previously logged onto Disney plus on a relatives subscription. Can any one help please.

Can you log out then say into your remote get Disney plus and create a new account with your own email address?
