Disney plus through sky tv

 

Hi, I am unable to watch Disney+ through Sky and I contacted both Sky and Disney+ customer service for help. Disney+ have requested the 16 digits reference number in order to investigate from their end, but I cannot obtain it from Sky Customer service as neither of the agents know what this is/how to obtain it. I've spend multiple hours on the phone to Sky and Disney, neither have solved it.

Has anyone else had this and managed to solve it?

In mysky app right now I have “ Disney plus starts soon”
