Disney+ not on store

wanting to change my plan on disney+ but its not showing up on the website store or phone app.

For me @Fo6 

If I go on to the MySky app and click on the TV tab

I can see my Sky account details, then if I scroll right down to "App Subscriptions" and click there - it gives me an option to change my Disney + plan

no, it only shows me Discovery+, Paramount+ and HBO max. its has a Disney+ button at the top but pressing it does nothing.

I don't mean in the main section where it lists all your components of what you have in your Sky package 

I mean much further down the list right at the bottom, it gives me a section saying "you don't want to miss these"

then below that 

All       Packs      App subscriptions 

if I click on my Disney + within App subscriptions it gives me upgrade offers

clicking on that takes me to that page. there is a disney+ advert but clicking on that leads to what i said.

Does the Sky virtual assistant get you anywhere @Fo6 ?

it does not get me anywhere and i dont even see it on the website as well.

Sorry for lot replying, I've been at the Leeds Burnley game 

When I say to the Virtual

assistant "upgrade Disney" it offers me a route to do so - different for you ? 

other than that - there is the general sky tv help link
