Disney+ not free

Had a message to say I get disney+ free as part of my package. Ive linked my disney account to sky and it says I will be charged £4 per month. Can anyone explain why?

@Mdavies041 if you have an existing plan with Disney+, Sky will put you on the same plan albeit at a discounted price, when you activate it through Sky.

It's Disney plus with ads that is included for packages excluding the sky essentials TV and legacy basic packages. 

 

The £4 extra may be for the standard package without ads.

hi @Mdavies041 

 

As @RobertS83  indicates,  if you previously had a subscription for Disney+ then the transfer process transfers you at your previous 'Tier' and will get charged £4 for the upgrade to Standard - No ads,  (it would be  £9 if you have/had Premium) 

 

You can reduce it back to the Basic with ads tier via SKY Marketplace if you wish from the next billing date
