Disney + error

is there anyway to log out of disney + when error code 73 is showing to try log into new account

Try first repowering  your Sky device (Sky q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream).

If problem is still there, try a reboot of your broadband router.

 

This problem occurs when the Disney+ app confuses a change in region, like a vpn or a router connection blip.

I googled error code 73 is

  • This is the result of attempting to access Disney+ from a country/region where service is currently unavailable. If Disney+ is available where you are located, possible causes include use of vpn
