Disney+ cancelled

Why did sky cancel my Disney+ when I did not select to cancel this? I thought it was included

I'm glad I'm not the only one! I had the sky premium which showed up under the marketplace, however about a week prior to the renewal date it automatically seem to cancel itself, and it did this two months! 

I spoke to Sky they didn't have a clue why, so I just kept it cancelled and subscribed via an Apple subscription (even if you pay a few pound more), because at least Apple don't cancel it

I had Disney+ as part of my package and with no warning etc it has been removed and I had an email from Disney+ saying they are sorry to see my go
