Disney + app not working

Tried all steps about 3 times still have error code 1026 with service init failure. Nothing has worked been like this for a few days now. Can't resolve the issue. Have turned off internet for an hour sky box off. Refreshed apps don't know what to try next

You have tried all we would suggest, for what is often with that code is a catch all message for a networking issue.

 

One last thing to try is to contact Disney via their chat or call. They are most helpful.

We have found some have had help from  talking to them, when an ISP wan ip address is reporting incorrectly via the app and Disney have managed to clear it for your account.
