Disney Plus error

I'm trying to use my included fee subscription of Disney plus on my sky tv, but it's not working. On the app it says it's activated but I cannot enter Disney plus. When I click the "Get Disney +" button, it redirects me to somewhere else and there is no option to enter the app. When I try to log in using my sky account details, it asks me for a payed subscription. Is it because I previously bought Disney plus on the same email? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Yes it could be because youre prveiosuly registered with them on that email but having said that so was I and I was able to join fine, it might be worth contacting Disney + and/or Sky for further advice as usually its just a seamless transition

If you put in your old Disney plus email and password it should just work and take over your old account.
