Disney Issue

I have tried to get onto my Disney account which we have used before as we have activated it. It takes me to the continue with Activation and then goes onto continue with the above email I click yes but then get a blank grey screen.

To help me understand where the activation process is getting stuck, could you send us a screenshot of the screen you're on just before it changes to the blank grey screen? 

This will help us see exactly which stage of the activation process you're reaching and investigate further.
