Hi, I've tried to post a discussion for some help a couple of times now but it keeps being declined as spam?

Sky do have various filters to pick up potential spam and other issues. Posts aren't summarily declined, however. Filtered posts are added to a queue for review by the Community management team,and if they're benign are returned to the forum.

What have you been trying to discuss?

It might be picking up on certain words you are trying to use in the post. Also make sure you don't post a telephone number.

Trying to post about an email received saying sky media account about to be deactivated. Pretty sure its a scam but just wanted to make sure. It's come from a Sky.com email address.

That will be a scam as the email will not be from Sky so don't click the links in it and mark it as spam so it gets deleted and do the same should you be sent anymore.
