Why are none of your live tv shows trimmed up for Christmas, ie sky news sky sports news , live football

Maybe the production teams feel it's still rather too early for that (and in the case of world news, inappropriate anyway)?

I reckon Christmas on sky sports will commence a week tomorrow from ally pally
