Not going to read all comments so apologies if already mentioned, but, the problem doesn't happen when using SkyGo on my phone. 
Therefore is the issue something to do with advert skipping on Sky Glass, I can't skip ads when using SkyGo on my phone?

So when will this be sorted? Episode 5 & 6 are having the issues with no picture but only sound. Not impressed.

We are all clearly having the same issue does anyone know if sky are sorting this out I tried everything and nothing works it's only the one program

I'm the same the other Chicago programmes work fine in mt sky puk.

I've got sky go on my phone so it works there but I'm still need it to work on my Tv

It works on sky go phone and tablet uve just tried it works on both but still not the TV

It's really strange how some people are still having problems as Episode 5/6 are working fine for me on Sky Q. It must be something to do with Sky AdSmart and a certain ad shown in part of the country not working.
