Re: Changes to the TV Guide - February 2026

If MTV Music got shutdown, Why not TotalMusic, Total Music Dance, TotalMusic 80s and TotalMusic 2000s cover up the whole EPG which makes sense since it was recently revealed that channel is totally unrecognisable from Universal Music Group/That's TV Network Ltd.

Exactly, The other issue with Sky replacement is that it becomes easier for Music channels, disappeared from Music, The Box, or Trace as bad as this platform has put to an end. They could have launched it on EPG does not require or merge to obtain Vevo Pop, Vevo Hip Hop and R&B, Vevo 70s and 80s then Vevo 90s and 00s like MTV like TotalMusic, Total Music Dance, TotalMusic 80s and TotalMusic 2000s. Think there's 5 left.

I've got Sky still my friends on Virgin and they get like vivo music and why can't Sky have that? I've noticed as well on my friend Virgin today but that TV 3 will be closing and the same on Sky maybe

I think I prefer VEVO Pop, VEVO Country,  VEVO Hip Hop & R&B, and VEVO Retro Rock

Re: Changes to the TV Guide - February 2026

Sorry I'm late but I want to belatedly admit that I was very disappointed that Sky didn't commissioned any new idents for Sky Sci-Fi, Sky Mix, Sky Arts, Sky Documentaries, Sky Crime, Sky Witness, Sky History (and Sky History 2), and Sky Nature (although they did debut new idents for Sky Cinema [i wish they also introduce a new fanfare to replace the one from 2016] and Sky Atlantic simultaneously) as they kept the same idents instead and I knew their efforts were indeed disappointed by the looks of it. And the launch of Disney+ Cinema earlier today may also be disappointed to me because it has a lack of fanfare [as in welcoming to a new channel, not the music fanfare] or continuity announcement or using the Sky BBFC graphics card before the film being aired (if only Sky Cinema can share it with it in future). I truly believe that there is a missed opportunity due to this and therefore I believe it shall be necessary enough for any channel launch to be a "high-key" affair in the future (if only being addressed belatedly), instead of being a "low-key" affair. But first, lessons shall be learned from some of the previous channel launches like, for example, Sky3 became Pick TV (now Sky Mix) in February 2011.
