Paramount Plus

Tried for 5wks to access Paramount + which is part of our Sky Cinema package - we have tried all the steps Sky have said - also contacted paramount which they've said it's a SKy issue as it's part of our package. Email address is linked to paramount when Sky send link but it tells us to sign in but says no account is linked to the email address (the email address is correct BTW) our subscription says Current but still cannot access paramount + how can we fix this

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

I'm also having problems with this issue. Can someone from sky please help me. Saying no active subscription on this account but there definitely is

Has anyone with the problem had it sorted yet? Getting beyond a joke now paying for a service and nothing happening and no ideas to sort it, all on top of the price increases they are implementing 😠
