It will be updated when they return, It is NEVER updated over a weekend or Bank Holidays
Staff can & do need to go away for some time so updates to a Non Essential page within a forum isn't high priority.
Remaining staff have other things to deal with. You need to show some patience and realise this page exists due to a member of staff finding time to do the updates for the forum.

We are told weekly it's updated. Anyway I don't want to argue with someone who doesn't work for Sky.

@Super+Anthony Where have you seen or heard this? The opening post states "post is updated weekly' so there is no specific date or time that sky will or have to update by

Not on a Friday and if someone is out on Friday, there should be cover. This happens in all organisations
sorry I thought somewhere it's a Friday but it clearly states weekly. If someone is not around, then someone should be there to cover

Find out moreOther Community staff will have their own responsibilities and work to get on with and not be concerned in updating a thread that's done as a bit of a bonus for customers. imo if customers are unhappy with the frequency of these updates perhaps Sky should stop providing them at all.

Thank you. When it can be updated, I hope they will continue to update.apolkgirs if I misunderstood. I do realise it is done as a bonus fir which we are very grateful.
Have been away over the weekend so did not see posts earlier. Sorry for misunderstanding.
