When trying to download on Sky catch up HD is not available. Message contact Sky to upgrade. There is no process to do this. The on screen systems are no longer available. I tried on line chat and forum, no reply. Tried to book an engineer visit on the telephone helpline, was told it would be quicker to get an answer from the forum, and was promptly cut off. Is there anybody it there with a solution to this Sky systems and procedures problem?
