Cannot access recordings at all

Don't know what to say other than the fact that I cannot access my recordings

@Charlotte1312  You've posted on the accessibility board, your uissue is unrelated to Sky Accessibility services.

 

Which TV box do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is this on a Sky+ or Sky Q box ?

What is happening so if you see an error message wahat does it say ?
