Cannot Sign in to Discovery +

I had an account with Discovery + dbefore I had Sky TV with free Discovery + included.

I cancelled my account with Discovery + and loaded the App again.

Since I reloaded the new App and have tried to log in to Discovery + I get the same messnew Your Subscription.

I contacted Discovery + help Line (real person) who tried a number of ways to get me connected but couldnt help and advised me to contact Sky as they are the only service that can fix the problem.

I tried all SKY HELPBOT OPTIONS UNTIL I WAS TOTALLY FRUSTRATED.  

I TRIED TO CONTACT A SKY HUMAN BEING BUT THIS HAS PROVED IMPOSSIBLE.

I NOW FIND MYSELF RELYING ON THE SKY COMMUNITY TO TRY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

So if anyone out there has any idea how I can fix this problem please assist as I am totally frustrated and have no idea how to move forward with this issue.

I am now waiting and watching this thread in the hope that some kind technical genious will donate some of their valuable time to assist me.

~Good Ole Sky.  Instead of supplying an answer to my problem they throw it open to fellow customers and give me a badge. Which probobly doesnt work iether.

@Bill104 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

Ive had a look at the links and tried them again.  Same old sequence success then resubscribe to Discovery+.

I very much appreciate your time and effort but its defeated me again

Are you trying to use the same details with Discovery, so the same email address that you used when you subscribed directly to them previously ?

Problem resolved.

I managed to get passed the helpbot and talk to a couple of helpful technicians who explained in one sylabal words what was wrong.

I spent 10 minuets trying different passwords on Discovery+.  I eventually managed to link the accounts.

So to both of you superusers who replied many thanks for your time and effort.   As youve probably guessed ~Not all of us are IT gurus.
