Good news for those wanting BBC2 HD in Northern Ireland currently testing via a Sky Transponder as per this link https://rxtvinfo.com/2022/new-bbc-hd-service-testing-on-satellite

 

Tuning  paramaters are included for the Test Transmissions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Just a add to your post @GD1 , BBC Two NI HD is due to launch before April 2023.
