No, as since 2025 winter Ashes series, it will be on TNT Sports.

It is the last year on TNT Sports, so let's all hope Sky manage to pick it up from 2027.

As I've noted in similar threads, it's the cricket authorities in the host nation which 'own' the event and so get to sell television rights to whoever they choose.  Overseas Test series are outside the ECB/ICC contracts which Sky holds, in a similar way that the four Grand Slams are not within the Sky Tennis contracts with the men's and women's tour owners.
