Apps not loading again

Streaming not playing apps.. have tried to load BBC I player.. loads but when selects programme reverts to Sky main screen.. tried Channel 4 again loads but when selecting a programme it reverts back to Sky Main screen. does this for Disney, Netflix and Paramount+ is there a problem here or isn't just me today
