Apps keep stopping

Currently watching Disney but it keeps stopping every few mins and going to black screen and past few evenings we have had same issue on discovery plus. Experiences tge same on paramount a few weeks ago too

I had this issue with prime and Netflix 

I changed the resolution in the setting.

To change the picture resolution on your Sky Q box, navigate to Home > Settings > Setup > Audio visual > Picture resolution. From there, you can select your desired resolution, such as 2160p for Ultra HDOptions include 2160p (Ultra HD) if your TV supports it, 1080p or 1080i (Full HD), and 720p

@Shellbeth apps need a decent wifi signal free from interference if they keep stopping it is probably due to poor wifi getting to the device you arecstreaming from. Run the network test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app.
