Is there a fix for Sky Stream? 
I've already done a hard reset of the puck, reset the remote etc. 

Still no luck.... still no Apple TV

Everything else works. 

Why is no one from SKY posting solutions?

Followed your instructions, apps disappeared but after 5 minutes apps appeared again (after refresh) and just as you said Apple TV works again. THANK YOU 🙏

Apple TV app still won’t connect despite this forum saying it is resolved. Please help!

Apple TV app on my main TV won't load. I get the message 'could not connect, check your internet connection'. My internet connection is fine. Apple TV loads on my other two TV's via Sky mini boxes but not on my main Sky Q box. I have tried rebooting, disconnecting etc but nothing changes. This forum says the matter has been resolved; not for me. Is there a solution?

Thanks to PAULJD1, Post 157, thus worked:

 

This worked for me....

 

1) access installer menu (highlight "settings", press "0,0,1" then "select" on remote).

2) select option to reset SkyQ box (not factory reset or hard drive reset).

3) once done, need to pair the remote again so it can control the box.

4) repeat step 1 again, then select option to "refresh apps".

5) once complete, unplug SkyQ box for 30secs....then power up.

 

You will then need to sign in to all the apps again....Apple, Netflix, Prime etc.

Hope it works for others......
