Cannot connect my Apple TV to the app it will not allow me to sign in. Says internet problem when I do not have an internet connection problem

same problem.   everything else is fine. but apple t.v just says check internet.   Jas sky fallen out with them or something ?

on sky glass the settings 001 dosent do anything.    is there a work around ? thanks

We have the same issue, Apple TV app not working, it would be good to know if some is working on a fix for this.

I've refreshed apps twice turned the tv off but still no Apple but everything else is working!!!!

Having the same issue just doing the refresh but by the looks of what I'm reading doesn't look like it's going to do much has anyone managed to get it working tia?

Apple tv not connecting. Scroll down to user LFF it works but takes some time - pairing remote agsin, signing back in to apple etc
