App not working

I've been trying to set up my apps on my new day box but it's not working telling me ife got to pay fir them but I get them for free in my package

What apps as they do need to be setup via your online account first.

@Michael2304 you need to activate each of the apps in order to get them free. Either follow the instructions in the letters from Sky, or see the getting started section for each of the apps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-apps-homepage
