@Martin2024 Then maybe you need to contact Amazon Prime as they made the app, not Sky?

@Martin2024 You didn't give many details, but this may help. Does it happen when you're watching AP via Sky? Do you have a Smart TV where the AP app is available? If you do, give it a try on that instead. It's generally a good rule of thumb for any platform, as the picture quality can be better when using the apps on your Smart TV.

@Martin2024 You could also try an App refresh by going to Settings and System management and select App refresh. This takes a few minutes, when it is completed it will automatically return you to the Home Screen.
