APPS UNAVAILABLE
Are there connection problems in the HP3 0.. area today as I am unable to use any apps today.

Which Sky TV platform do you have?
Have a read of this Sky help article and perform a restart of your Sky box and perform an apps refresh;
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

Your best bet is to go to: sky.com/servicechecker.This will tell you if you are experience errors on Sky side. If there are no errors, it's probably on your side.
