I would contact disney support if i was you. Seen from previous posts that disney may have to add your IP address into their systems.

Re: Disney plus error 1026
Hi I have, I have managed to solve the sky stream with a router switch off for a couple of minutes and reboot so if anyone is having the same problem I recommend doing so.
I am going to assume after the activation a network configuration change occured but fixed watching Iron Man now ha ha ha
The last one with mobile Sky are aware of the problem and and I am awaiting a call within 72 hours while Sky resolves the issue all in all a good phone call the lady I spoke to was on it with the info which was great and she was fast, polite and efficient.
I looked to see if I could get any info from Disney errors and came up with the same wall of issues.

Re: Disney plus error 1026
Most likely rebooting your router forced it to "assign" a new IP address for your outgoing network. It's common for new ranges of IP addresses to be picked up as not UK based .........

Re: Disney plus error 1026
I had the same problem when I joined my current internet provider. Everything bar Amazon Prime worked correctly. Turns out many ip addresses today are reused and not updated correctly. According to Amazon I was based in Spain. Check your ip What Is My IP Address - See Your Public Address - IPv4 & IPv6 . As stated switching off your router for a few minutes will provide you with another ip address which shoud solve most issues.

Re: 1026 Disney plus not working
Does trying everything include rebooting your broadband router, leave it off for 5 minutes before powering it back up again.

@Jporch316 Yes, tell me about it, living in Jersey I quite often have issues such as not being available in your location. Consequently I have a VPN on all my devices but that can cause its own issues. Disney + caused me grief when I tried to subscribe a couple of years ago but is not causing any issues with the free Sky subscription.

@Fothergill1 Some routers you can add your vpn details directly into. Maybe worth a little research.......

Re: Disney plus error 1026
Thanks @Jporch316 I will certainly have a look. I replaced my router about 6 months ago with a fairly up to date WiFi 7 router so it probably has the feature.

Have you tried contacting Disney, as in the answered post.
It does from others seem to cure the issue of the 1026 error.
