hi been trying to add to my starlist googles number

i get to 12 numbers in, and still in black but when i add the last 9, it goes red and does not allow the number to be added.

You're trying to enter a 21 digit phone number? I didn't know that a phone number of that length existed.

hi this is from my pc going to the web site to enter it. 13 digits go red
