Was this an upgrade from your previous Sky broadband service? Or did you switch to Sky from another provider? Is your phone plugged into your Sky broadband Hub?

@RP481 there's a standard phone socket at the back of your Hub. Just unplug your phone from the wall socket and plug it straight into the Hub socket. No microfilter required.
