sky talk

90 year old mother can't recieve or make calls. we know the problem is outside with openreach,

the problem is she has alzheimer's  and sky won't do anything with out a pass word. the guy from sky was not helpful at all and woudn't put me through to a supperviser. Can anyone suggest what to do next please.

I'd suggest having a chat with Sky's Accessibility team. Given your mother's Alzheimers they'e likely to be best placed to help.

If you mean the telephone password that gets your Mum past the security questions Sky should be able to ask other questions to verify her identity as the account holder. 

It could also be beneficial her being registered with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
