Hello
Can someone advise, my broadband works ok, but phone line is dead, no dial tone, and cant make or recieve calls?
Any suggestions?
Can phone line be tested skys end or not?

No not new, been over 10 years with them, and the phone is plugged into micro filter like it has been for the last 10 years. Any suggestions?

If that doesn't detect a fault it's probably best to report it to Sky. If you wish, we can ask the messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat so that you can do that.

I did the test says broadband working fine. Yes please how do I go about getting a private chat organised.

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.

Thanks for sorting the fault which is externally and waiting for engineer as you stated. Can I ask one thing. The broadband which was always working is now intermittent today, could this be related to to the external fault as well?
