phantom calls

My landline has been charged for phantom calls to many London numbers that I never rang, Sky has refunded these charges but how can I stop that happening again? Many thanks

Without understanding how the phantom calls were initiated, it's very difficult to know how to prevent them, I'm afraid. 

 

Has Sky explained how they came about?

Phantom calls

I have already complained several times of charges being made to my land-line for weekly calls to a London number and I have no knowledge of. You keeps giving a refund without solving the problem. Last charge was on January the 10th always for 52p each call. Please sort it out or I will have to change provider Thanks for now A. Scarpa
