phantom calls
My landline has been charged for phantom calls to many London numbers that I never rang, Sky has refunded these charges but how can I stop that happening again? Many thanks

Without understanding how the phantom calls were initiated, it's very difficult to know how to prevent them, I'm afraid.
Has Sky explained how they came about?

Do you have any systems that potentially dial this number automatically, an alarm system, care alarm etc?
