Worth noting that Openreach wouldn't have been carrying out domestic connectivity repair work on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday.  A fault logged on Friday would have a target time to fix set to end of Wednesday.

@shed+man  Have you reported this fault to Sky. Also this is a customer to customer community forum and you are not talking to Sky.

  • Yes have reported just so frustrating as you can get hold of anyone to see what is going on the phone lines only want to hear from you if you are buying something and now they have closed the messaging service they said they would let us now if they couldn't fix in the time scale but have not and yes I know this is a forum and not sky direct.

@shed+man  When was it first reported to Sky? With the time scale being 2 to 5 working days.
