master socket
I have just joined Sky and ordered a wifi package, but my flat doesn't have a
master socket or anything like that, how do I get one installed?

Re: master socket
Have you checked that it's not inside a cupboard, or hidden behind furniture etc.?
If you can't find one, let Sky know and they'll arrange for one to be installed.

Re: master socket
@Brynton1 Which package was it that you ordered from Sky? Was this Superfast broadband or was this Ultrafast broadband?

Re: master socket
@Brynton1 Is your install being done by remote activation or is there to be an engineer visit?

Re: master socket
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
