landline not working

Hi

 

for the last week, our telephone line has stopped working but broadband is working fine. I've tried different phones and even followed the help guide. with no luck. could someone please look into this?

No one will look into it this is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services.

 

You could try this online test 

https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/fix-problems-with-your-phone/check-your-phone-line

Did it give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer? If not, have you the means to report this to Sky ie; via your mobile?
