landline not working............again.

As the title suggests, the landline isn't working again. It was only repaired a few months ago but the horrible crackling noise has returned once again. Obviously, we can't make or recieve calls. 

 This has een an ongoing issue for over 30 years, i doubt they'll ever fix it.
