Hi all. Since Openreach have now moved the goal posts of moving everyone like me to a digital phone line can I ask to go back from SOGEA back to how it was before?
Reason I ask is now BT have moved the timescales to at least 2027 I only switched as Sky basically said I need to and the digital phone line has been a nightmare since it was swapped. Dropping calls, not recieving calls etc..
Id rather go back for now,.
Thanks all

There's no requirement, however, for you to have a Sky,broadband/phone service. Have you been in touch with them about the issues you've been having?

As @Mark39 indicates, the deadline for the end of the project has been extended, but that doesn't make PSTN available again: it's simply not possible for ISPs to order such a service.

Yeah back and forward, had the line re provisioned , seems to work for a bit then by chance I notice the phone has been quieter than usual, so I call it from my mobile and I get a dead tone, check router and there is a red light on the voip.
Router isnt in eyesight so not easy to notice any voip issues, especially since the internet always seems to work so there isnt a reason to check the router.
Just frustrating really. May move to another company when my contract elapses
