i called my doctors it went to answerphone and when i ended the call it would not let me dial out to call my son this happened at about 8.00pm will i be charged from then till it is fixed?please help me i need my landline urgently please

Is your Sky Broadband working okay? Please view and try the troubleshooting on this link if you haven’t already.

Billing for Broadband/Talk will continue until any fault is fixed but see this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once it’s fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
