how do I get to speak to an advisor my home fone isn't working and don't have credit on my mobile

Please provide more than "isn't working" and someone may be able to advise you. Is your Broadband working okay? Any recent changes to your Broadband/Talk packages?

You could try the message us option (it can be used for things other than cancellations) at the bottom of this page
