can't make incoming or outgoing calls on landline.

I just had a phone call on my landline, called dialing 1471 no dial tone, tried calling my phone won't work, tried calling the landline it won't go through. Even tho I just had a phone call I cannot now make any calls in or outgoing. Can sky check for any faults in the phone line.

Any recent changes to your phone/broadband subscription?

No changes, but I can now call the phone line from my mobile but I cannot call out from the landline. Everything else is working but I can't call out. Tried the fixes the help suggested.

There's a simple line check you can try here, even if your broadband is working OK. If it doesn't detect a fault, I'd report it to Sky.
