WiFi problems...3 months phone line down

Hi I have been back with sky over 4 years. I previously left as there service was getting worse.We have had massive wifi problems for the last few months. Our phone line has been down for 3 months now. We have reported to sky several times now but they dont appear to be interested I spoke to the SKY in the local shopping centre who placed a call. The engineer was supposed to come yesterday but no message and nobody turned up. Is anyone else having these problems and if so how are you dealing? Three months no phone line can I claim the money back?

When the phone line is working again you can ask Sky for a credit for the period that it wasn't.

 

As for your issue, I take it you have no other way to phone Sky perhaps from a mobile ?
