Why can't Sky correctly reflect my agreed Sky Talk package in my billing. I've tried for 3 weeks
I've tried for 3 weeks to get this fixed. On the advice of Sky, I cancelled Sky Talk Anytime and get it replaced with Sky Pay As You Go but this never gets fixed in the billing, despite being assured that it will be done. I've probably spent 6 hours on the phone.

It still shows Sky Talk Anytime Extra. I have also been charged extra for changing the package. Unbelievable

It might be worth filling in the online forum here to register a complaint:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
Give them dates and times that you spoke to them so if needs be that can listen to what was said to you.
