VoIP call forwarding

Tried to setup call forwarding on my new router ( full fibre ) from my BT phone reply says this feature not available on this line. Does this mean never or is it a setup issue.

Thanks forum in anticipation

@Jaljc007 call diversion is a paid-for service and consequently has to be activated by Sky before you can set it up. Call them on 150 to activate it.

@Jaljc007  Do you have call divert as part of your talk package?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-talk-call-features

Divert all calls:

  1. Dial *2 1* then the number you want your calls diverted to.
  2. Press # and you'll hear a confirmation message, followed by a high-pitched tone.

To stop diverting all calls, dial #2 1 # on your phone. Or *#2 1 # to check what number you've set calls to divert.

Divert unanswered calls

  1. Dial *6 1* then the number you want your unanswered calls diverted to.
  2. Press # and you'll hear a confirmation message, followed by a high-pitched tone.

To stop diverting all calls, dial #6 1 # on your phone. Or *#6 1 # to check what number you've set calls to divert.

Divert engaged calls:

  1. Dial *6 7* then the number you want your calls diverted to.
  2. Press #. You'll hear a confirmation message, followed by a high-pitched tone.

To stop diverting unanswered calls, dial #6 7 # on your phone. Or *#6 7 # to check what number you've set calls to divert.

Call Diversion is an optional extra.

Good to know: You'll be charged for the diverted part of the call at the standard Sky Talk rate for the call type. The person calling is charged for a standard UK landline call and will be charged as normal by their calls provider.
